BULGAR WHEAT SUITABLE FOR PILAF
Recipe for Pilaf:
2 glasses of bulgar wheat
6 glasses water or meat stock
3/4 of glass vermicelli
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
2 ripe tomatoes
1 finely chopped onion
Way of preparation:
Boil the oil, fry the onion and then ad the vermicelli to cooked, after add the tomatoes, the water or meat stock and salt., When boiled add the bulgar wheat and leave to cooked.
Served after 20 minutes with meat and yoghurt, or with a nice green salad!
