Bulgur wheat suitable for Pilaf.
Recipe for Pilaf:
3 cups of bulgar wheat
5 cups water or meat stock
1 cup vermicelli
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoon salt
1 ripe tomatoes
1 finely chopped onion
Way of preparation:
Boil the oil, fry the onion and then ad the vermicelli to cooked, after add the tomatoes, the water or meat stock and salt., When boiled add the bulgar wheat and leave to cooked.
Served after 20 minutes with meat and yoghurt, or with a nice green salad!
